Jump Day Customer Checklist
Please read this checklist at least two days before you arrive for your Skydiving Experience.
Watch UPT Video and complete Waiver online TWO Days Prior.
UPT Video: When you click the waiver link below, you will be prompted to watch a video. You cannot pause or fast forward it. When the video is done, the waiver will appear for you to fill out.
Online Waiver: You must use your legal name shown on your government ID and upload your ID when prompted.

Check-In for your Skydive!
Check-in is inside the building. Please bring your ID and payment inside with you.
After Check-in, please put All belongings in your car. We can hold your keys for you inside.
Important Safety and Jump Info
Please stay inside the fenced area and to not wander onto the Airport Operation Area. Aircraft taxi and land there can may not see you.
Enjoy your Skydive! And be sure to get your First Jump Certificate from your Instructor before you leave.
Your Video and Pictures!
The videos are edited and processed and sent overnight and the next day. You will receive an email 24-48hrs after the jump with a link to your media.
If you have not received your media after 48 hours please contact mscvideo@iSkydiveAmerica.com.
Important Reminder:
PLEASE MAKE SURE TO COMPLETE THE WAIVER BEFORE YOU ARRIVE ON LOCATION. When you click the waiver link, there will be a 9 minute video that you are required to watch prior to filling out the waiver. You will not be able to skip or fast forward the video. After the video, your waiver will appear for you to fill out. If you are unable to do complete this process, please come early and expect some possible delays.
Each person must fill out their own waiver and sign with the name on their official ID. Thank you for preparing yourself for the jump day and we are looking forward taking you skydiving.

What's Next After Check-in?
This can be an anxious time for some people. Please relax and wait at the picnic tables or inside on the chairs.
Your Instructor will call your name when it is your turn. The waiting time can be up to 2-3 hours but they could call you right away so stay close.
